Remembering Together, REFLECT, Community Day, How It Feels To Be Apart, Mull

Join Somewhere (a long-standing collaboration between award-winning artist/film-makers Nina Pope and Karen Guthrie) to celebrate Remembering Together, REFLECT, Community Day at Tobermory Church on Saturday, 17 August.
Throughout the day, Nina and Karen assist people in making hand-tied posy as a gift to someone they would like to remember or thank from the period of Covid. In the evening, join the REFLECT team for a special in-person screening of 'Islands in film', created during lockdown and featuring footage from 75 island residents.
3.00pm Doors open
3.00pm to 5.30pm Gifting Flowers, using flowers from local gardens
6.00pm 'Islands in film', a Struthach Films and Screen Argyll co-production for What We Do in the Winter in collaboration with Mull Museum, Tobermory screening followed by a gathering in the hall for refreshments.
This event is one of four community days which marks the end of the four REFLECT Remembering Together community artist commissions.

If you can not attend in person, CHARTS will host a live stream on the day, linking the various artists and communities in Argyll and Bute; full information will be released in August.
