The Argyll Collection on Tour: Drop-in Exhibition

The Queen's Hall, Dunoon

Tuesday 8th September, 2-4pm

Explore a selection of artworks from The Argyll Collection, including works by Royal Scottish Academy (RSA) artists. 

Join CHARTS staff for this informal, drop-in exhibition and enjoy a rare opportunity to view artworks from the Collection up close. Learn about the Collection's unique origins, its significance to Argyll and Bute, and how it continues to inspire and engage communities today.

Rosalyn McKenna, curator and tour manager alongside Kirsty MacNab, researcher, will be on hand throughout the event to share insights into the artworks, discuss the history of the Collection, and answer your questions.

The session will take place in the Queen's Hall mezzanine. There will also be a small exhibition on from September 7th in Dunoon Library.

Everyone is welcome.

This event is part of RSA200: Celebrating Together. This is delivered by The Culture, Heritage and Arts Assembly, Argyll and Isles (CHARTS) with support from Royal Scottish Academy, Museums and Galleries Scotland, Creative Scotland, liveArgyll, Campbeltown Community Windfarm Fund, Cruach Mhor Windfarm Trust and Argyll and Bute Council.
