Swimming at West Bay

As part of our Evolve Arts and Tourism project Hannah Clinch has partnered with local filmmaker Mike Blanco of Sure Shot Film to create a series of short films that explore the heritage of Beach huts on West Bay. The film captures the views of local community members such as the Bay swimmers and Cowal Elderly Befrienders.
Hannah also looks at other issues relating to West Bay such as climate change, water quality, and the design challenge of placing a new structure on the shore.

The collection of films will form part of a community learning resource linked to the project and will be used in beach hut design sessions taking place at Dunoon Grammar School next term.
