Legal issues for artists is part of Artsadmin's Radar sessions and were led by Khushi Malhotra, Pranav Kunnanamkath, and Krishna Bharathalvar from qLegal. During this one-hour online workshop, recorded via Zoom, they focus on a sample artist contract and explain the different clauses. They also cover legal obligations, cancellation clauses, intellectual property clauses, insurance, and what you are entitled to in case of a dispute.
