Islay Cocoa

Islay Cocoa was created by myself, Emma, from my home on the beautiful Hebridean Isle of Islay.

I work from home on the Isle of Islay by the Sea at Laphroaig. I have lived on Islay for just over 14 years, it is a very inspiring place to live and work. 

I handcraft award-winning artisan chocolates using the finest ingredients and excellent local produce. As a passionate foodie, I love using local produce in my chocolates, including Seasalt from islay, sourdough and rum raisins from Jura and Argyll Coffee. The Chocolate is mainly Colombian from fino de Aroma cacao. It is all about the taste and enjoyment of chocolate for any occasion.
