Dùthchas Beò

Revitalising Reciprocity With The Gaelic Landscape

Dùthchas Beò: Revitalising Reciprocity With The Gaelic Landscape is an immersive yearly event held in Knapdale and Kilmartin Glen. Now in its third year, Dùthchas Beò focuses on the intersection of climate action and cultural heritage in Kilmartin Glen area including Knapdale and Kilmory Oib. Addressing themes of living indigeneity, Gaelic ceremonial practices, and the relevance of land-based rituals in today's world, Dùthchas Beò invites reflection on how such practices can support climate action.

Returning in May 2025, Dùthchas Beò continues to offer opportunities to reconnect with both culture and nature.
