Gaelic

Tha Rosemary na neach-ealain a tha an t-saothair aice a’ glacadh dathan beothail cruth-tìre is cruth-mara Innse Gall, gan tionndadh gu obair-chrèadha. A bharrachd air an obair-ealain aice, tha i a’ ruith cùrsaichean mheadhanan measgaichte anns a bheil buidhnean-obrach ealain, furachais, fois is peantadh crèadhadaireachd do na h-uile. Na neach-ionnsachaidh Gàidhlig, tha Rosemary a’ toirt a-steach Gàidhlig na cuid obrach mean air mhean agus tha raointean Feasgar agus Banais Samhraidh Sophie. Le freumhan domhainn ann an eachdraidh an tuathanachais agus crèadhadaireachd Ìle, tha i a’ nochdadh an dìleib seo fhad is a bhios i a’ cumail bhuidhnean-obrach a tha a’ comharrachadh ealain agus Gàidhlig le chèile.

English

Rosemary is an artist whose work captures the vibrant colours of the Hebridean landscape and seascapes, translating them onto ceramics. In addition to her artwork, she runs mixed media art courses that combine art, mindfulness, relaxation, and pottery painting workshops for all ages. A Gaelic learner, Rosemary is gradually incorporating Gaelic into her work and has Feasgar and Banais Samhraidh Sophie ranges. With deep roots in Islay’s farming and pottery history, she shares this legacy while running workshops that celebrate both art and Gaelic language.
