Scottish Cultural Export Service: Consultation

The British Council is undertaking a scoping exercise for Scottish Government to help inform the development of a future Scottish Cultural Export Service, and we are working with Creative Services and QMU to deliver a report in June 2026

Over the next 4-5 months, the scoping exercise will include several artform-focused consultations, 1:1 interviews, international comparisons and a sector survey. The aim is to identify potential operating models, the scope and range of services it could provide.
