Member Engagement Researcher

Engage Scotland is looking to undertake a series of four face to face creative networking and research sessions and three online sessions to understand the needs of its membership and how we can support members in the future.

We are looking to explore how Engage can best support the sector in the following objectives:

• Training the workforce
• Diversify the workforce
• Opportunities for members to shape practice
• Member visibility
• Equality and diversity
• Environmental sustainability.

The research should conclude in a short presentation that should highlight the findings across both the topics and different locations. This report does not need to be in written form; it can be a visual representation but should allow Engage Scotland to have a clear understanding of the needs of its members.

Salary
£2800 plus £500 for travel and material expenses

Contract
The work should be completed within 12 weeks of appointment
