Location Trainee Location Assistant Opportunity - Balamory

Lion TV, the award winning production company behind the successful children’s programme, Balamory, will be filming in Glasgow (one week) and Tobermory (two weeks), Isle of Mull during July 2026.

This position is for a TRAINEE LOCATION ASSISTANT, don’t worry if you have no previous TV or film experience, what we are looking for in the right person is – someone eager and curious to learn about TV production, willing to work in a busy and demanding environment, the job can often be quite physical (lifting, carrying, standing etc), polite and courteous to the public, good at working in a team. This is a paid position.

A condition of this role is that you must be from Argyll and Bute and have a valid base in the Argyll and Bute area.
