Coaching is non-directive.  It's more powerful than mentoring because it's not about me giving you advice, it's about me supporting you to find the answers you already know but maybe can't see at the moment.  It's the juicy stuff!

I also offer a combination of coaching with mentoring, if useful, as I have extensive experience in running small businesses, the creative sector and general entrepreneurship.  We just have to be really clear when we're in coaching mode and in mentoring mode - but we can discuss that and work out what works best for you within our sessions.
