CHARTS Peer to Peer Gatherings

How do you work?
Why do you work?
Can you work?
Working in the Arts has its highs and lows, particularly for individuals and freelancers. In Argyll, while we may sometimes relish what the region’s isolation offers, it can also be a challenge. CHARTS is running a pilot series of online gatherings in early 2024 to seed peer mutual support across our network of members. We’ve been looking at other successful models of peer support, co-working and co-learning and want to play our part in developing a rich membership network who support, value and enable each other.
If you would like to join a series of 5 online group sessions, meet other members and get engaged in peer-to-peer conversation, reflection, advice and support then please register your interest with this simple form by 8th December.
Please note, that you will need to be able to agree to be part of five 90-minute sessions over 5 weeks:
5.00pm to 6.30pm, January 11th
5.00pm to 6.30pm, January 18th
5.00pm to 6.30pm, January 25th
5.00pm to 6.30pm, February 1st
5.00pm to 6.30pm, February 8th
We will come back to everyone by 16th December and build a group for these sessions on a first come first served basis.
These peer-to-peer sessions are a pilot, and we hope to take them further, making it a regular offer.
We hope to see you there!
The sessions will be introduced by Giles Perring, CHARTS Steering Group Member. Giles is a musician and cross media artist based on Jura and will be joined by Kirsten Millar, Marketing and Communications for CHARTS and visual artist.
