CCPS - Building Collaboration Fund

The fund, supported by the Scottish Government, assists the development of collaborations in the social care sector in Scotland. Funding is available for practical support to help progress a collaboration. Alongside this funding successful applicants will participate in a structured learning programme. This will provide additional support to developing collaborations through a series of workshops, helping successful applicants to explore how to overcome some of the barriers and challenges they may face. Successful applicants will also participate in a structured peer learning programme which will provide additional support for overcoming some of the barriers to successful collaboration. The knowledge and learning gained from these sessions will help inform future collaborations in the social care sector.
