The session is aimed at those looking to find out more about effective visitor experience and evaluation.
The presentation from Alejandro, will highlight examples of museum interventions that demonstrate how artworks, design, and interpretive labels influence visitors’ experiences.
Alejandro has been collaborating with the Chester Beatty Museum in Dublin, working in the School of Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of Glasgow. He specialises in the role of cognitive science in museums and has done several studies with museum materials using eye tracking, questionnaires and semi-structured interviews.
