Tenement maintenance and retrofit event

Join Under One Roof, in partnership with Lochgilphead Conservation Area Regeneration Scheme (CARS) for a free and informative event for tenement flat owners with Under One Roof and Argyll & Bute Council.

Topics covered will include tenement management and maintenance, energy efficiency, and retrofit.

There will also be an update from James Lafferty on the Lochgilphead Conservation Area Regeneration Scheme (CARS).

Presentations will be delivered by Under One Roof's tenement expert and there will be the opportunity for a Q&A at the end.

The event runs from 1-3pm with the following topics:

• 1pm – Introduction and Lochgilphead CARS update
• 1.15pm – Tenement maintenance presentation and discussion
• 2pm – Energy Efficiency and retrofit presentation
• 2.20pm – Q&A with tenement expert
