REFLECT, Remembering Together Workshop | Campbeltown
Posted by CHARTS
Join us for a family workshop as part of REFLECT, Remembering Together, Campbeltown.
Explore positive memories and reflections from the period of the Covid lockdown, with a focus on changing seasons and new beginnings. Create personal artworks that record the children’s unique experiences and perspectives through their eyes. The children will have the opportunity to share their creations with their peer group in a supportive space.
We will learn about Sundials and how they record time, and the workshops will inspire the lead Artist, Kristen Millar, who is creating a Sundial for the garden as a lasting memorial to be unveiled on the Launch day in August.
Workshop hosted by Lori Silvan and Gaia Silvan.
Booking is required; each family must book one ticket for each person attending, including children of all ages.
Location: Campbeltown Museum
1.00pm to 2.30pm, 10 April
REFLECT, Remembering Together is funded by the Scottish Government and delivered by Greenspace Scotland, in partnership with Argyll and Bute Council and Culture, Heritage & Arts Assembly, Argyll & Isles (CHARTS).
