Islands Satellite Group Meeting Bute

Join our new Island Advocate Sam Kilday, multi-disciplinary artist, writer and maker based in Rothesay, for the first Bute Islands Satellite Group Meeting. These meetings are a chance for local heritage practitioners and creatives to express your views and needs.
The CHARTS Island Satellite group will run as a pilot project for six months to inform the Ràmh Islands Development Plan and the work of the CHARTS Steering Group, initially working with communities in Bute, Mull and Iona.
Island Advocates will host bimonthly meetings; these will be announced soon via the CHARTS events page.

About Sam
Sam Kilday is a multi-disciplinary artist, writer and maker based in Rothesay, Isle of Bute.
Over the past decade, he has led, assisted and collaborated with a number of creative organisations to produce and create photo shoots, websites, marketing literature, magazines, books, textile art and hand-crafted products.
Sam joined the Islands Satellite Group because he is passionate about fostering creative connections, helping to reduce social isolation and providing support to the local community.
