Creative Connections: Reflections

Reflections is an exhibition co-curated by members of the Kintyre Link Club as part of the Creative Connections project. Members of the Kintyre Link Club have spent the past 18 months working with CHARTS and learning about the work in two local public art collections: Campbeltown Museum and The Argyll Collection. CHARTS manages both of those collections on behalf of Argyll and Bute Council.

As part of the project, Link Club members have worked with curator Ros McKenna and artist Rhona Taylor, learning more about the collection and taking part in a series of creative workshops.

Together, they have created a powerful range of displays, located at 3 Longrow, alongside outdoor artworks along the railings on Campbeltown seafront. The exhibition also features work from the Campbeltown Museum collections and The Argyll Collection.

Reflections presented across three locations in Campbeltown:

• 3 Longrow (shopfront)
• Campbeltown Museum Monday to Friday, 9am to 12 pm
• Campbeltown Seafront (Hall Street)

Creative Connections is a Culture Heritage and Arts Assembly, Argyll and Isles (CHARTS) project, in partnership with liveArgyll. It is funded by Museums Galleries Scotland and the Baring Foundation's Creative Minds Fund, with support from Argyll and Bute Council and Creative Scotland.
