Celebrating Glasgow Print Studio

An Tobar gallery is delighted to present an exhibition of fine-art prints made at Glasgow Print Studio.

Glasgow Print Studio is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to contemporary and innovative printmaking practice. Their Publishing Programme pairs artists with studio Master Printers in a collaborative process to make print editions and is one of the studio’s key activities. Over its history, Glasgow Print Studio has published prints with revered Scottish artists such as Elizabeth Blackadder, John Byrne, Alasdair Gray, Steven Campbell, Ken Currie, Barbara Rae, Victoria Crowe, and Adrian Wisniewski among others, while also working with Turner Prize nominees and winners and international artists such as Jim Lambie, Martin Boyce, Ciara Philips and Seher Shah.

Glasgow Print Studio celebrated 50 years in 2022 with an exhibition at Kelvingrove Museum, from which this exhibition is a selection of work.
