Artmap Argyll 2020 is open for visitors for six days over two weekends this year - from Friday 21 to Monday 24 August, and Saturday and Sunday 29 & 30 August (10am - 5pm).
In this Year of Coasts and Waters, thirty artists and venues will be waiting to welcome you with walls full of art across the wide open spaces of Argyll - from Taynauilt in the north to Kilberry in the south; on the island of Tiree in the west, and Helensburgh in the east.
Having taken the bold decision to open their studios, the artists have opted to promote Artmap this year through a mix of actual and virtual messaging. The very popular annual brochure is available as a download from the Artmap website www.artmapargyll.co.uk, extra large quantities of leaflets are being professionally distributed, PLUS an enhanced Social Media presence is led by Keira Anderson who has been specially drafted in to make sure that no one misses out on the opportunity to see a wide range of works including:
Sculpture - Wood - Painting - Drawing - Printmakers - Photography - Textiles - Ceramics - Jewellery.
Joined together by the enchanting landscapes of Argyll, visitors can enjoy a spellbinding drive from studio to studio, and have extra time for viewing over the six day event.
We wish all participanting artists and visitors a very special experience this Summer.
Strict COVID 19 guidelines will be followed at all locations.
