AN INTRODUCTION TO IMPROVISATION
Fridays 7 - 8.30pm at Cove Burgh Hall, Cove, G84 0LY
Six week course: Friday 15th April - Friday 20th May (£30).
Taster class: If you're curious about improvisation and would like to try it out before signing up to the course, you can come along the first class of the series (15th April) as a taster class. (£7)
Level: open to all (16+). No prior experience of improvisation or performance required.

Class description: Using simple exercises from the Action Theater™ system, you will learn how to create movement, sound and text in the moment, using breath, rhythm and your sensory experience. You will improvise in ensemble, duets, and solo, learning how to expand your palette of expression and encounter your imagination afresh. The classes are fun and the training seeks to enable ease, creative flow and awareness of the present moment.
