Campbell and Joy are founders of the Benderloch Bookends Festival and Joy is a member of the Victory Hall Management Committee and an active participant in Made in Argyll Oban Craft shop. Campbell is a founder director of both Oban Phoenix Cinema and Oban Fm. While working with HIE he helped deliver the Community Broadband Scotland (CBS) programme helping communities get connected to Superfast Broadband. He has since moved to the private sector helping deliver Broadband across Scotland with Broadway Partners. Joy is a retired teacher.

Campbell completed the first year of project management of the emerging BID4Oban business improvement district working with BID Scotland, Marketing the idea to local business' and raising Brand awareness of BID4Oban.

Joy and Campbell are also busy supporting the development of emerging entrepreneurs and a number of Scottish Businesses in the areas of coaching, mentoring, planning, strategy and sales.
