The Culture Heritage and Arts Assembly, Argyll and Isles (CHARTS) was established in 2019, borne from the Argyll and Bute Council and Creative Scotland Place Partnership. Our organisational purposes are the advancement of culture, arts and heritage, including to:

  • Develop practice and organisations by working cooperatively and in partnership with others
  • Utilise effective communication across geographic and sectoral boundaries
  • Cooperatively grow audience and participation, locally, nationally and internationally
  • Deliver partnership projects to excite, educate and entertain communities and visitors
  • Accessing and sharing resources and training
