Funding for Digital Technology Projects that Address Social Needs
Comic Relief in partnership with the Paul Hamlyn Foundation has announced that the Tech for Good programme, which was developed to enable charities to use technology to explore different approaches to delivering better services, is open for applications. Thirteen successful organisations will receive funding of up to £48,000 for nine months work plus technical expertise and an intensive support programme. Previously funded projects have included the development of a Braille e-reader and an app to help young people who sleep rough find a safe place to stay.
