The Scottish Civic Trust is coordinating an ambitious place-making project across Scotland’s islands this summer supported by the LEADER programme. They’re looking for architects and artists to deliver a range of activities from July-September.
The Scottish Civic Trust’s Doors Open Days is Scotland’s largest free event that celebrates heritage and the built environment. It offers free access to over a thousand venues across the country throughout September, every year.
Stone, Sea and Sky celebrates the architecture of Scotland’s Islands, and will be the closing event for Scottish Civic Trust’s celebration of Doors Open Days turning thirty. It brings together architects and artists to work on a single project promoting civic identity across the islands.
