Museums Galleries Scotland Emergency funds open for applications

Two emergency funds are now open for applications.

The Urgent Response Fund is targeted, to prioritise independent accredited museums.  This is in response to our sector research to date, which identified this group as being in most urgent need of financial support. The Digital Resilience Fund is open to all museums.

There are other sources of support which some museums may be able to access. Information on funds museums may be eligible for can be found in our Financial Advice Guide.  We are keen to gather information about challenges museums are having accessing funds, so we can understand where gaps are in financial support for the sector.
