The Culture, Heritage and Arts Assembly, Argyll and Isles (CHARTS), is seeking new Trustees. Local and national interest is invited.
CHARTS is designed to support, connect, profile and grow, cultural and creative industries in Argyll and Isles. Born from a two-year Place Partnership investment, supported by Argyll and Bute Council, LEADER and Creative Scotland, this young charity aims to help build cultural and socio-economic opportunities by addressing individual practitioner and organisational need. The board is now keen to engage a wider range of expertise to impact the creative and economic future of Argyll and Isles.
CHARTS welcomes enthusiasm and interest from the following experience range:
Arts/Heritage Management
Place-making and Community Engagement
International Engagement
Youth Engagement
Evaluation
Fundraising and Sponsorship
Finance
Equality and Diversity
Human Resources
Public Relations

Please note that conflict of interest is taken very seriously and board members are discouraged from applying to the organisation for any available resource. This is a non-remunerated role, however meeting expenses are provided.
