Born and raised in Dunoon in the West of Scotland, I am a singer-songwriter who has been playing for the majority of his life.
I have been writing my own original music a number of years, and in 2019 I released my debut single "Streetlights" which was then featured on my debut EP "SOMER NIGHTS" which also features my other songs "Tinderella", "See You Soon" and "Last Dance".
In 2020 came the formation of my supporting band "The Streetlight Band", featuring Mark Borland on Bass (Known for his work in The Apparents and who also acts as the producer to my releases) and Callum Newall on drums (known for his work in SOAP).
Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic we were able to successfully record two live performances, an unplugged acoustic version of my song "The Driver" for WeeTownSessions and "The Priest and The Mother" live in the studio, Both songs will be featured on my first LP/album "Life.Death.Love. (and Everything In-between). to be released in the near future.
My key influences are Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters, The Killers, Johnny Cash and Stereophonics, amongst many others.
