Ràmh Beacons Bute | Bonnie Bookbinding
Posted by CHARTS
To highlight the distinct nature of Argyll's islands and creative communities, we are pleased to announce Ràmh Beacons, a mini one-day festival of island events!
On January 18th, local artists Jane Hunter and Sam Kilday will host Bute’s Beacons, facilitated by Atlas Arts and their Making Public Press. We invite Bute’s creative practitioners and heritage workers to join us in a collaborative discussion on the island’s past, present, and future. Participants will also be able to contribute to creating a cultural manifesto for Bute while crafting and binding their own small book, notebook, or zine.
Spaces are limited. To book, email samkilday@gmail.com
Location: Bonnie Bling, 10 Castle Street, Rothesay
Ràmh Beacons Bute is supported by the Culture, Heritage & Arts Assembly, Argyll & Isles (CHARTS), made possible with support from Argyll and Bute Council, the Scottish Government and Bòrd na Gàidhlig.
